He has lead & implemented Predictive Maintenance (Vibration Analysis, Thermography, Ultrasound, Lub oil Analysis & Motor current Analysis) for critical machines based on maintenance strategy in all major segment of industries like Food, Cement , Petrochemical , Chemical , Automobiles , Steel , Packaging , Wind Energy , Power Plants , Glass, Pulp & Paper and Engineering Industries.
He is authorized Mobius Trainer for Vibration Analysis, In-Situ dynamic Balancing & Precision Shaft Alignment.
Significant accomplishment in implementation of the pro-active reliability centred maintenance to ensure reliability, availability of machines & achieve required OEE.
